For heavier body weights and climate resilience, our stock has bred in some pure yugoslavian bloodlines.  Red Stags are very vigilant, looking around for predators 40 times an hour. They run around 35 mph, jump extreme heights, and swim about 13 mph. These genetic beauties, one of the largest of the deer species, will provide you with a great hunting challenge.

Mature bucks can weigh up to 600 pounds with antlers of 25 or more points. They are considered one of the most beautiful animals in the world. Not only will you have an extraordinary trophy for your effort, but a Red Stag will provide you and anyone else you might want to feed, with plenty of food. It provides one of the best tasting venison you’ll ever find. Not only is it rich in taste, but it is also high in protein and low in fat.

Fallow Deer:  World leading three year olds have impressive palms.  Standard, White, and Chocolate coat varieties.

Fallow Deer are a very hardy species and extremely adaptable to varying climates. Adult males grow to be 35-38 inches tall from the shoulder, weigh between 174 to 225 pounds, and have a lifespan of 12-20 years. There are four basic colors that identify them. They can be tan or rust colored with white spots, creamy white, very dark brown, or grayish brown. Their prized antlers are palmated, or flat like those of a moose, with several large tines that grow anywhere from 15” in length to a trophy size of 28” in length. Their meat is very lean (only 5% to 7% fat) and is succulent with a mild venison flavor.

Debowski Sika:

Debowski Sika range from grayish-brown to mahogany to black with an off- white color on their chin, belly and throat.  Sika deer are considered to be a small to medium-sized deer. Females develop two black bumps on their foreheads instead of antlers. Bucks’ antlers look similar to those of an elk with two narrow prongs with 3 to 4 tines on each side. Their backward curved antlers grow 11”-19” with trophy size at 28”-30”.
